Connect QuickBooks Online to ClearBox
Import your chart of accounts, balances, and supported dimensions into ClearBox FPA so actuals stay current inside your planning model.
Already connected before? Sign in, open your entity, and reconnect from the Import page.
1. Sign in
Use your ClearBox account to access the workspace and entity you want to connect.
2. Connect QuickBooks
Open the Import page and start the QuickBooks connection flow from within the app.
3. Review and sync
ClearBox imports accounts, balances, and supported dimensions, then keeps actuals refreshed.
What ClearBox imports
- Chart of accounts from your QuickBooks Online company
- Actual balances used in ClearBox reporting and forecasting
- Supported dimensions such as QuickBooks classes and departments
